Curious about who is growing in your backyard? Ever wonder why certain plants show up where they do at the park on your corner? Are you just starting to notice how many plants thrive in urban areas and now you want to know their names? Would you also like to know their stories and uses? Perhaps you are interested in herbalism as a tool for your survival training in case of zombie apocalypse? (I’m just kidding about that last, but it is good to know what is edible regardless).

First, I will come by for an initial solo walk in the designated area you would like to get to know and map out the space, then we’ll meet there together and walkthrough the ecological, nutritional, medicinal, and mythological roles of the plants growing in your yard or neighborhood. Tutorial and Plantwalks may include tincture, tonic, and tea tasting.
